Mini-Split Maintenance Program

Over the past 6 years, we have installed over 3,000 systems across our service territory. These systems have provided an affordable and efficient way for our members to heat and cool their homes and businesses. In order to get the most out of your Mini-Split system, and minimize repair costs, it is necessary to perform routine maintenance on both the inside and outside units annually. Cleaning the equipment from debris build up will extend the life of the system and improve its efficiency.

Recognizing this need, FBEMC has put together a program that will give our members peace of mind and a way to keep their system running for many years. For a charge of $17.50 added to your monthly bill, FBEMC will clean and service your system once per year. We will also inspect the system and make any other repairs necessary. If you have more than one indoor unit, they only cost an additional $7 per unit per month.
