FBEMC Community Involvement French Broad EMC supports positive community events throughout its service territory. Each May we offer a free health fair and entertainment to our members during our Annual Meeting. Many of our outstanding employees are involved in community activities such as chambers of commerce, governmental boards, home builders association, volunteer fire departments, youth sports, churches and more. Employees also represent FBEMC each year in the Madison County Wellness Challenge, Career Day and speaking engagements in local schools and by supporting the United Way. FBEMC also offers a free health fair and entertainment to our members each May during our Annual Meeting. MMY Scholarship Fund Mars Hill College offers the Madison-Mitchell-Yancey (MMY) Scholarship to Mars Hill College students, who are residents or whose parents are cooperative members in our service territory. FBEMC has contributed yearly to the MMY Scholarship Fund at Mars Hill College for more than 15 years. Education Related Projects Member Programs
