By logging into our all new Online Bill Payment Website provided by Paymentus you can now take advantage of the following features:

- View your daily usage and monthly usage
- View, save and print your current bill and past bills

If you would like to simply view your bill, please login to our new Online Bill Payment Website. You do not have to make a payment in order to view your bill. The first time you login to the Online Bill Payment Website you will need to click the Register Now link on the right side of the screen just above the blue Login button. French Broad EMC offers several convenient options for paying your electric bill. You may pay with cash, check or credit card at one of our offices or by mailing in your payment with your payment stub. Members also have the additional options of paying by Bank Draft from a checking or savings account, paying online via eCheck or Credit Card, or by phone toll free at 1-844-294-5697.
Please be advised that online and phone payments via eCheck or Credit Card will be posted to your account on the next business day.
